Nothing much by way of updates at the moment, and I haven't felt like doing a whole "This Week In Paul" update. I think I might get rid of the section and just blog about shit on this thing. Anyway, there's a rumor that the track I posted before entitled "My Soul" is about Heather. Wow. She doesn't deserve such a beautiful song. I didn't like the track when I first heard it, but like "Chaos and Creation in the Backyard," when I started listening to it more, I liked it. A lot.
Lots of mixed feelings about a rumored upcoming McCartney album. On one hand, I'm dying to hear what he's going to put out next, but on another hand, nothing, in my eyes, could beat "Memory Almost Full." I kind of want it to still have it's day. Meh.
And I'm SO JEALOUS of these guys who spotted Paul over the weekend at a Circle K in Springfield, Illinois. I have a Circle K at the top of my street. Just tossing that out there. Apparently, he and his GF, Nancy, were headed to St. Louis, road-tripping it all the way from NY! That means he must have passed through Ohio at some point. BALLS! Did I miss my chance? Haha. AND by the way, to haters of Nancy Shevell, I say give it a rest. She seems awesome. Good for you, Paul!

Happy August! I come bearing a NEW TRACK FROM PAUL! Yes, you heard me right. I'm wondering if this is from the impending rumored album entitled "London Undersound." I spent yesterday re-vamping the Flaming Pie MySpace and adding a whole bunch of new friends. So if you're one of them, welcome to the site and don't forget to sign the guestbook on your way out. I thought I'd let the MySpace die, but I randomly brought it back to life, and I'm glad i did.

Sorry for the lack of updates. I'll be updating This Week In Paul soon, as well as a few other things. It has been brought to my attention that the made-for-TV movie "The Linda McCartney Story" is now on YouTube. You can find it here. God bless the person who posted it, because although I think a lot of it is terribly done, I've been wanting to see it again for years. If you watch it, please keep in mind that it contains a lot of inaccuracies and has a very very low LOL factor. In fact, I'm sure it's one of the saddest movies ever. Linda was an amazing woman and deserved a better movie, but c'est la vie, I suppose.

Added another new page called Hot as Paul/Glasses (a play on the song "Hot as Sun/Glasses" if ya didn't know..), which is basically a rip of a page on my BFF's Beatles site. Whatever. Mine has mullets.

Added a new caption and also renamed News into "This Week in Paul." I've also done a few littler updates around. I'm also comtemplating an award of my own or something. We'll see what comes of that.
I've also been re-reading Into My Life, and damn, it's so good. I haven't read it since I was in my early teens, and I find that I can appreciate it so much more, especially since I've written my own epic since then. Anyway, if you haven't read it, READ IT. Srsly.
